CONNECTIONS. They make the scene what it is - whether it's meaningful (or meaningless) connections with other like minded people; connections of cultures, lifestyles, or backgrounds. Subgenres of people with a shared passion and it's fucking awesome. And for me - where Sebotage sits as a brand is the meeting point of music & design, the connection of rave & fashion. CONNECTIONS is a new collaboration project that hero's the music and the design of the culture - working with producers and artists to create a series of releases of clothing and exclusive music.
CONNECTIONS_001 - "ROLLERS" - Sebotage X Somebody Else
CONNECTIONS_001 launches with "ROLLERS", a collaboration between Sebotage and Manchester-based Somebody Else - one of the minds behind Minimal DnB donny’s Data 3 - who’s been putting out some serious solo heat lately. The release comes with the ROLLERS Hoodie & sticker, alongside ’Drone’, an eerie, rolling percussion-packed banger that works well with the minimalistic black hoodie and white embroidered hands, skinning up.
ROLLERS also comes with the designs for your phone and laptop; if people like what I’m putting out, I don’t want to confine them to the clothes they were committed to.
CONNECTIONS_002 - "SIGN LANGUAGE" - Sebotage X Kidsonic
CONNECTIONS continued with "SIGN LANGUAGE, a 2-part drop which comprised of a tee in two colourways and an embroidered cord cap. The release dropped in partnership with Kidsonic, rising Minimal Drum & Bass prodigal son who's been getting consistent support on Noisia Radio, Skankandbass and Drum&BassArena.
The drop is based on the signs and the universal language that's spoken in the rave. Whether it's a well placed middle finger, flipped in gratitude to the DJ, or a loaded gunfinger before the drop, it doesn't matter your mother's tongue, you understand.
The pieces come with Kidsonic's 'How I Feel' - the song itself acting as an equal exploration of communication and understanding, with a soulful pre-drop adlib and a rolling clean sub that puts the bass of this Minimal Roller front and centre.
CONNECTIONS is about celebrating the scene and its diversity, about letting creativity guide the process, and about bringing the music and the design closer together.

CONNECTIONS_003 - "ROLLERS" 2.0 - Sebotage X Pseudonym
Next up on CONNECTIONS is a refresh of a classic design and the one that started off the project, ROLLERS.
With a refresh that brought some variation to the release (courtesy of a Nude colourway as well as a repress of the classic Black release), this collaboration saw Sebotage team up with Pseudonym to compliment the hoodies with a minimal roller that's itching to get played in the dance.
'Sub:terrain' is a hard hitting, minimal, dark companion to the hoodie, one who's bass reflects his name. Subby in all the right ways, this one's sure to shake a few bunkers.
The track comes with new updated backgrounds for your phone and laptop.
